Purpose of the portal
The portal presents PHASAO Côte d’Ivoire, its beneficiaries, achievements, results, outlook, publications and institutional resources. It facilitates public access to information about the project.
Access to the service
The public website is available free of charge, subject to network and equipment availability. Certain administration functions are restricted to expressly authorised users and protected by authentication.
Quality and scope of information
Teams endeavour to publish reliable and up-to-date information. Despite these checks, an error, omission or update delay may occur. Content is institutional and informative and does not replace authoritative official documents.
Permitted use
Users undertake to access the portal fairly, lawfully and in a manner that respects its security. Attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious content, extract data on a massive scale or impersonate another person are prohibited.
Intellectual property and reuse
The website structure, visual identity, text, photographs, videos, logos and documents remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Any reuse must respect source notices, stated licences and content integrity. Institutional logos may not be used in a way that suggests a non-existent partnership or endorsement.
Links and third-party services
The portal may link to external websites or services, including ANStat, the Geoportal and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and policies. PHASAO does not control their availability or data processing.
